Our Story

Founded on a simple idea.

Smart Careers Agency was founded by consultants who had grown tired of transactional recruitment — the volume game, the spray-and-pray approach, the placements that fell apart within twelve months.

Instead, we built a firm around a different premise: that placing someone in the right role is one of the most meaningful things a consultant can do, and that it deserves real time, real research, and real relationships.

Today, we operate across twelve markets in Asia and Europe, working with organisations that range from venture-backed scaleups to established multinationals. We're selective about our clients because we believe that's the only way to be honest with our candidates.

We share a small, targeted shortlist of opportunities — typically three to five — each with detailed context on the company, team, compensation, and what we believe makes it relevant to you.
